Most special order Items may be returned but are subject to a factory restocking fee of 20%. Custom Made Orders can not be returned

You have the option of returning the instrument and canceling your contract anytime during the contract period, with payments up to date and the instrument in good working condition. Refunds will not be issued for months the instrument was rented.
